- استلام الخطط السنوية والتشغيلية للجان بعد اعتمادها من الإدارة.
- متابعة خطط اللجان وتقديم التغذية الراجعة دوريًا.
- متابعة مستمرة لجودة أنشطة المركز خلال السنة.
- متابعة التقارير الشهرية والنهائية للجان.
- العمل على الإشراف بين تواصل اللجان ببعضها وحل النزاعات إن وجدت.
- وضع سياسات جزائية في حال تقصير اللجان عن تنفيذ الخطط والمؤشرات بالشكل المطلوب.
- مراجعة الاستبيانات قبل اعتمادها.
